The present conditions of sale exclusively fix the contractual relations between on the one hand the shop Jeux EFCÉ (RCS: 432 506 285) and any person wishing to make a purchase through the website: www.jeux-efce.com.
The fact of placing an order implies unreserved adherence to these conditions.
When validating the order in the shopping cart, you will be asked for a postal address: this is necessary to calculate the shipping costs. Currently, shipment is made to France and Europe.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us, which included shipping costs.
The sales contract will be effective only after full acceptance of the order by Jeux Efcé, and more specifically at the time when the order confirmation is e-mailed to you.

Any order form validated through the online purchase process constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the order, that can only be challenged within the limits provided in the present terms and conditions of sale.
4. PROOF OF TRANSACTION
Digital records are kept in the computer systems and are considered proof of communication, orders and payment between the parties.
Purchase orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.
VAT is not applicable on invoices (article 293 B of the General Tax Code).
Prices are given in euros, for the products and shipping costs to France and Europe.
Jeux Efcé reserves the right to modify the prices. However, any product will be invoiced according to the price mentioned at the time the order is registered.
Jeux Efcé retains ownership of the products until full payment of the price.
6. METHODS OF PAYMENT
One method of payment are possible: credit card.
Credit card payments are made through the secure Paypal system.
This procedure implies that no banking information concerning you transits via the site. Your payment is therefore perfectly secure and your order is recorded and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the Paypal service.
The card is debited just after validation of the payment by Paypal.
The order will be validated when the payment centre has given its agreement, otherwise the order will be considered void.
7. POSTING OF PACKAGE
Preparation and packing of your order.
As soon as your payment is validated, your order is carefully prepared.
The packaging (bubble envelope) is intended to protect your products during shipping. It is resistant and designed to incude the items of your order and to ensure its good reception. The game is in a zip bag for the moment.
In order to limit any additional costs to your order, Jeux Efcé does not charge for any preparation fees.
Shipping your order
Our goal is to prepare and deliver your order quickly.
After reception of your payment, your order is usually posted to you within 48 hours to 72 hours except at weekends and during the holidays to the address mentioned on the order form and exclusively to France and Europe.
Exceptional closures may occur during the summer and Christmas periods.
Orders are sent through La Poste, the French Post Office.
Reception of package
Upon delivery of the package, it is up to the customer to check the condition of the package and possibly to put in place any claims that appear justified.
In compliance with Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code, any buyer has a period of 14 working days from delivery to return the product ordered for exchange or refund.

In this case, we ask you to inform us within 48 hours and to return it to us within a maximum of 7 days after receipt, in its original packaging.
Shipping costs are at your expense, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.
Reimbursement will be made within 15 days, by bank transfer established in the name of the person who placed the order.
However, this right to return the product in order to obtain a refund will only be accepted if the item is returned in the same condition as it was received. In case of breakage or damage, please send us a photo by email.
9. PERSONAL DATA
The data and information transmitted on the Jeux Efcé sales website are of a confidential nature, they are used exclusively for the processing of the order and never communicated to third parties.

11. GUARANTEES AND LIABILITIES
The fact of placing an order implies total and unreserved acceptance of the present terms and conditions of sale by the buyer.
The risks related to delivery or transport are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event of disruptions, strikes of the postal services or element of “force majeure”, no responsibility shall be committed for non-performance of the sales contract towards Jeux EFCÉ.
The data recorded on the site are the proof of the commercial transactions carried out between Jeux Efcé and its customers, those recorded on the payment site are the proof of the financial transactions.
In case of a previous dispute with a customer concerning the order or the means of payment, Jeux Efcé reserves the right to cancel any other order.
In the process of sale, the seller is bound by an obligation of means; in no case can the seller be held liable for any damage caused by the use of the Internet (loss of data, viruses, or other).
The present conditions of sale established between Jeux Efcé and its customers are governed by French contract law, in case of dispute only the French courts will be competent.
